Counselling can help you explore your thoughts and emotions. You can discuss with me how you feel and what changes you expect in your life. Also, how you understand yourself and others
Counselling provides appropriate tools to understand the root of the problem and how to cope with it better on a daily basis.
Everyone is different and has unique problems. As an Integrative counsellor, I always start working with the client from the same place – understanding their personal history, “walking in their shoes” to understand why the client feels, behaves, and functions the way they do.
I generally identify what the person wants to change and then choose the right approaches and techniques that can help the client. Our meetings take place in a safe space with empathy and a non-judgmental atmosphere. This will allow you to freely and confidently express yourself and your emotions.
There are some issues in which I can support and work with you during counselling.

Feeling sad

1
Counselling with Women
Abortion, family issues, menopause, miscarriages, narcissistic abuse,
sexual abuse, domestic abuse, relationships, postpartum depression, stress

Especially in my work, I focus on women’s issues
and the importance of well-being.
Abortion, family issues, menopause, miscarriages, narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, relationships, postpartum depression, and stress related to work and home are areas of particular attention.

2
Counselling with Older People
Loneliness, bereavement, retirement, limitations of independence, disabilities

In my professional experience during this stage of life, much emphasis is placed on physical health, often marginalizing mental health, which is equally important and comes with its own challenges.
Therefore, therapy can help in this new stage of life, aiding in restoring a sense of balance, coping with loss, managing health conditions, navigating retirement, and facing new situations, ultimately finding a sense of security and belonging.
